“Windsor Mourning” by Thomas Juzwiak, ASCAP
This one is special and deals with current issues. “Windsor Mourning” is an emotional, breathtaking composition filled with the beautiful sounds of the full wind band.
DIFRECTOR'S NOTE: The original title was “Windsor Morning”, and was meant to represent the start of a new day. As I worked on it, with the current crisis in the Ukraine, the song lead me in a different direction. A sorrowful sound began to emerge with a glitter of hope. I changed “Morning” to “Mourning” to represent the sadness this event has had on so many people.
